Rockridge is led by Jeremy Morgan, its founder and Managing Director.

Jeremy has over 20 years’ experience in value creation for companies through advisory and leading strategic initiatives. Jeremy has been a director and part of the senior management team of each of Rockridge’s investee companies.

Jeremy is a market leader in mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in the technology, digital media and telecommunications sectors, having lead many transactions and brings extensive domain knowledge and contacts in these areas. 

Jeremy was the CEO of another corporate advisory business in the TMT sector, leading a team of 9 executives, before founding Rockridge.

Previously, Jeremy was an Executive Director of IBA Health, then the largest health IT company listed on the ASX. Being responsible for the company’s corporate activity, Jeremy evaluated and managed the acquisition of businesses and the establishment of corporate alliances in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, India and the Middle East.

Prior to joining IBA, Jeremy spent 11 years in investment banking, specialising in local and cross border mergers and acquisitions and structured finance transactions. Jeremy spent a number of years working in Hong Kong and Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts/Law Degree and practiced with Baker & McKenzie, an international law firm, in the early part of his career.

In addition, Jeremy has been a director of a number of private companies and remains a director and of Engagis Pty Ltd, a provider of digital media infrastructure and related services.
